Title: Newbie here need help with Chinese air rifle
Post by: JOSEPHVILLE GUN on March 04, 2015, 12:00:57 PM
Hello I am new here to this site and I have already been given some great information on some of my air rifles. This morning I found one that I did not know I owned. It is a Chinese under lever air rifle in 177. It has  MAOEINSHANGHAI  CHINA on the receiver. The rifle cocks and fires but no pressure. I assume the seal on the piston is gone can someone help me with what I have and where to get new seals?
Thanks
Shane

Shane, sounds like a B3 to me also. Google B3 parts you'll see a site top of page. He's got the parts you need. Look for B3 parts.

Google. kermitairgunclub.com they got step by step directions.

Lack of power may just be a breach seal.

I believe the B3 used a leather seal.  These dry out over time.  Try a couple of drops of silicon oil.  It may come back.

Thanks guys for the info it ended up being the breech seal was gone and I tried all the parts places and no one had them I ended up using a faucet rubber washer and it works fine.
