Title: hatsan 150th info
Post by: bballard on February 24, 2015, 08:11:50 PM
Hi everyone I'm bballard. I just got a new hatsan 150 th .22 awhile ago and this thing is a monster. However I've put about 200 pellets thru it and I can not get a group to speak of. The recoil on this gun is unbelievable  :o. What I'm wanting to know is there a gas ram kit I can get/spring tune kit, or anything I can do to bring the accuracy out of this beast.

Welcome to GTA!

I would give it more time & pellets to settle in. I've never seen a gas piston conversion kit for the underlever guns, but maybe they are out there. I have 2 Hatsan 1000's and they have about 500+ cycles on them now and keep getting better.....smoother cocking, better trigger release, better accuracy. Same with an Octane .22 I recently bought. Also check all the stock to action fasteners...they tend to loosen up and if so, need to be reinstalled with locktite.

Have you tried variety of pellets? Some guns have a "favorite".

Try holding it like a centerfire powder burner instead of using the artillery hold.

What pellets have you tried? Are you using the iron sights or a scope?
