Title: Do i need to replace o-ring INSIDE valve assembly/ transfer port o-ring size??

Just got done resealing  my discovery valve/gauge port/ fill port and was wondering if the o-rings inside the valve assembly should be replaced? If so how do i access the small o-ring inside the valve stem? its part 18e on the diagram. Also whats the o-ring size for the transfer port/ breech gasket i know it's a square o-ring but i can't find anything on what the dimensions are

The valve was changed to eliminate 18e and c.
