Title: ACCURACY---BEEMAN RS2 DUAL CAL.
Post by: RHINOTEX on February 07, 2011, 03:37:02 PM
help....have run 200+ .22 pellets thru this gun + 100+ in 177

tried 2 scopes, and 2  mounts  dovetail, + dovetail to weaver.

it will sometimes bullseye the first shot, then group next 3 under .5'', but to right of bullseye  followed by a low left+low right+ hi center...still within a 2'' square

the gun feels great, very steady in my hands, trigger has nice feel, what do you think?      any help is good.         bob

Most guns require a min of 500 pellets to break in. Some even require 1000. Give it a little time.

Was this a Wallyworld special, and if so, what region and price? I've seen these going for $100 in the mid-west, after they pulled the horrible "titan" GP off the shelves bc of all the returns! Hahah.

Good luck shooting; did you try tightening the barrel pivot screws + loctite? Seems that's the number 1 affliction regarding these "cheaper" AGs... Hows the trigger vs the GP? Maybe upgrade it to a GRT-III?

sounds like the trigger pull is throwing you off. the first shot is good followed by not as accurate subsequent shots. sight it in and dont forget to breathe.
