I am new to the pcp world and I just got a small Ninja 4500 psi, 90 cu in tank. Well, first off, when I got it home I discovered it had a leak...While I was checking to see where the leak was coming from, I noticed I was already 1 year in to the hydro (1/14)...and this is supposed to be a new tank. I paid the new tank price $315 after taxes....So, I carry the tank back up the road for the guy to fix it and we discover it's a bad gauge...well, he takes one off his old tanks and it's fixed..I didn't have a problem with that. But, when I went to fill my gun it only took it to about 2700 psi instead of the 3000 psi I was expecting. I ended up hand pumping the rest of the way to get it to 200 bar. I bought the tank so, I wouldn't be pumping anymore. Is this normal? Should I return the tank? What would you do?

Yeah - you can get the Ninja 90CI with fill adapter for under $300 from a GTA supporter.
Ebay has lots of 90 tanks for about $155 but then you have to change the reg to 3000 and get the $70 adapter.
Your fill problem is likely that the reg is set for 2700 and not 3K. Best to get the tank from a shop who will adjust/set the reg for 3K if that's what you want and can't do it yourself.
