Title: Range safety

While shooing in my basement. (Normally I'm outdoors in my garage) I just pulled the trigger as an orange blur went through my scope. I almost shot my cat! I love my cat ,he is fourteen years old and never comes down the basement. But I guess he got cureous about the sound. Geese you never can be to careful.  :(

Got lucky for sure. That is why they stay upstairs and I shoot in the basement.
