Title: Cheap thrills - the true story of one man, three sisters and winter evenings
Post by: sk73 on January 15, 2015, 09:14:56 PM
Hey, I'll admit the story isn't as exciting as the subject line, but this is an airgun forum, not a porn site.   I'll also admit that winter in south Mississippi doesn't compare to the cold weather some of y'all experience.  But it does get dark early even down here, leaving us working folks to shooting after dark on weeknights.

The man, as I'm sure you suspect, is me. The three sisters -- a Daisy 901, a Daisy 953 and an IZH 60.  I paid about $60 for the 901 and somewhat more than $100 for the model 60 and the 953, but that was some time ago.  All three incredibly accurate and none pellet sensitive.  Shooting cheap pellets in a 24 foot garage "range" with $20 scopes and two of the three having recoils pads to extend LOP.   The guns make me believe I'm a far better marksman than I am -- thank you, Ladies.  When I say you're a cheap thrill, I mean it in the good way.

That, I think, is a large explanation of why we love our ladies so much.

As I say after a hard days work; I take Miss Daisy out, sit her on a bench, pump her, we have some shots, then massage her with Oil in all the right places.  :)

Hello, neighbor!  I'm about 30 minutes up the road from you.  If you're looking for a shooting buddy one weekend, give me a shout.  I'll leave my number in a PM.

Sounds about right  ;D . My harem of Daisy's keeps me busy. The other girls don't even seem to get jealous  ;)

I think there is a good reason to have these low power rifles for this kind of short range indoor shooting.  With low recoil (or zero for the 953), they are also easier to shoot accurately.
