Benjamin Trail NP All Weather. No mods, scope it came with is kinda messed up (meaning everything is blurry. called Crossman they'll replace it just haven't got around to it). Think I can fetch a chrony for it? Want opinions before I put it up in the Classifieds. I also haven't taken the pictures yet and need to figure out how to ship it. I have the original box...

To me it is worthless. To springer shooters, you may get around $40 tops from what I have seen sell.

To me it is worthless. To springer shooters, you may get around $40 tops from what I have seen sell.
Dang really? Shoots great as a bench gun. Just too heavy for my tastes and could use the chrony lol.

I did some poking around and am seeing people asking $85 with no scope shipped so $90 with a scope doesn't sound bad...I'll wait for the springer posters and put it up in the classifieds tomorrow once I figure out how to ship the mother...

40$ for a Trail NP in good condition? I'd say more like an asking price of 150 like jeff76 said. A nice Trail NP is no worthless cheap gun...

I sold my .177 for ~$125 shipped & pp fees included about 6 months ago. Look at what refurbs (w/warranty) sell for, and go from there.
About your scope, did you check the front ocular diopter setting to your eye? Also, did you losen the front bell ring and try adjusting the parallax?

Yes to both. Everything is still blurry at all settings. I think the tube got knocked loose.

I don't know if it would be that much, I shipped my Beeman RS2 which is similar size to a Trail and it was just 20 or so.

;D If you go to either UPS or FedEx shipping terminal rather than a store front the cost is about 1/2 I just shipped an Air Arms Pro Sport from NY to Cali and with insurance $28 if you go to a franchise bend over

I've got a Trail AW and a couple of other NP guns and I'd say $50 is too low and $150 is too high. You can buy a new one for $150... I got a nice Nitro Venom with upgraded scope (4-16x40) and "Tuna Trigger" for $100 shipped last year. It was a deal but not a steal so for a bone stock Trail NPAW with a bad scope I'd say somewhere around $75.
I'm over near Utica, can't take it right now but if you've got it in a couple of months I'd probably buy it as a parts/project gun.

Thank you for that. I have that trouble as I am more than 70 miles from the nearest FedEx or UPS, and have to go to a storefront (not going to spend $40 on gas to save $30 on shipping).

Thank you for that. I have that trouble as I am more than 70 miles from the nearest FedEx or UPS, and have to go to a storefront (not going to spend $40 on gas to save $30 on shipping).
I'll keep that in mind definitely. UPS is about a $20 gas trip but I believe FedEX is closer. I can also have a buddy drive it out for me if he gets the job he wants there.
