What is the difference between Umarex and Diana ?

Umarex is the importer of RWS Diana's. I think they do have some products of there own.

Technically RWS was the importer of Diana air rifles (which are made by Mayer & Grammelspacher) before Umarex.  It seems that the RWS name has stuck in the States and/or Umarex has possibly bought the rights to continue calling Diana air rifles "RWS" here.
