A buddy of mine gave me a 760 and a Powermaster 66 while we were going through his garage as he was moving. Both appear to be 2001 models and the 760 has a rifled barrel (though most likely only fed BB's until it came to me).
The Powermaster had a broken clamshell but other than that and some rust it looked like it everything would work for a project and parts.
I cleaned the barrel of the 760 and started playing with it since it was complete except for rear sight (hence the reflex sight). Turned out to be a pretty nice little shooter! Stripped it down, cleaned it up, took the rust off the barrel and shined it up, swapped over the stock and forearm from the 66. The rest of the 66 will go into the parts bin for a future project.
Here're a couple pictures and a 5 shot group of Crosman heavies (10.5 gr?) 6 pumps at 10 meters.

Nice shooter, ugly paint job.
Definitely a keeper with that kind of grouping.

Can't do anything about Crosman's black plastic for now, maybe some paint in the future. It's tough to see in the pictures but the silver barrel looks pretty good against the black and the 66's stock and forearm have a bit more weight to them which just make it "feel" a little better.
Most fun pumper I've had for sure.

Ok. In your photos it looks like the plastic has all been painted gold.

looks good Blue. The 760 is a fun little AG for sure. Yours shoots like mine does. Well. ;)
