Bought the kit from Airguns of Arizona Seems to be a good place to deal with.$89.00 for the kit and $10.00 for over night shipping. Not bad.
It took awhile to figure out what old parts to not use and how the new parts fit and how to get every thing back into working order.
The gun seems to have more power than when it was new. But that's hard to say busted spring and the gun is about 8 yrs. old.
When I had it apart I also did a little fine sanding and buffing moving parts.
I used the grease that came with the kit and it seemed to diesel pretty bad sounded like a .22 rim fire settled down after about 5 shots I put about 20 shots threw it at 10 yards. It seems to stay on target better but I don't know if that is cause of the kit and being smother or cause of the worn parts that were in it.
It still jumps and it seems to have a lot more power.
From what I can tell it was worth the money and I would do it again in a heart beat. Should have done it a long time ago.
I have a few other guns and will tune them at a later date.

The CLEAR tub of lube provided is ONLY Spring damping tar and not a good lubricant for metal on metal contact such as piston against tube or as a piston compression tube lube.
Just some FYI ... would go back in and clean it all out using some more suited lubes in compression bore and between piston and tube.

Just did that.

When I first got the R9 it didn't shoot at all.(My first Pellet Gun) I tried every pellet in it I could find one that could hit the target with in 4 in. I have had it for about 8 Yrs. and I shoot darn good.
Put the kit in it found a broken spring I don't know if it came that way or not.
While I had it apart I did a little fluff bad buff.
I finally got a chance to play with tried all the old pellets I had at 30 Yds., open sights, I hit about 1 1/2 in. spread and at 40 about 2 1/2. spread.
I was just about to give the gun to good will now it is up with the best. I'll keep it. All the old pellets I had shot close to the same hit pattern, 6 different pellets and it's not hold sensitive.
