The other day my brother and I were out shooting with his Benji 392. It was working fine, though later that day, he commented while he was pumping, "Hey Conor, this is SUPER easy to pump(after he pumped it up, he said that it was too easy, and that it was harder to pull up the pump arm UP that DOWN)!!!" So later that day when it got colder out, we went to shoot some birds outside(then it was roughly 35 degrees out) and he pumped it 8 times and it didn't shoot the pellet out the barrel!!! ??? (I've shot his gun when it was colder out and it just would shoot slower, but NEVER THAT SLOW! ;))
So that night I tried to take the front pins where the pump arm pivots at, and I couldn't get them out to check the seals. ??? :-\ Is there a trick to taking them out or something, cause I've taken out the front pin on my 1377c after a few taps on something heavy on a screwdriver?
Anything I should check? Suggestions, cause I don't know what the problem is?
Thanks,
Conor

It sounds like your valve may be blocked open. Have you tried cocking and dry-firing the gun a few times? If the valve is sticking, that could reset it.
If that doesn't work, you may have a bad piston seal...
I hope you get it back with an easy fix!

RWS,
I had the same problem with my 392 last week. You don't need to remove the pumping arm or front pin to get to the valve. If the gun was made after 1995 it has a cartridge type valve and they are super easy to fix. I'll send you a PM with more details. What's the serial number of the gun?

Also check into lubrication..That gun is suppose to be oiled at specific places In/On the gun.
Mac-1's website talks about maintaining that gun, check it out.
