Post by: mvhunter on December 01, 2014, 09:29:04 PM
I have to mail an air gun and I don't have a box.  does anybody have any ideas of what to use and how to protect the gun?  I guess I could use cardboard to make a box but how to keep it from being damaged during shipping is puzzling   any ideas will help

thanx.....

On a couple of cases I sent them in a case.  ::) When you buy the case, just ask for a box for the case. Even if he does not want the case you will have one for yourself.

I have cut down larger boxes to fit, double the cardboard if it is thin.  If available, bubble wrap the gun, if not stuff, lots of wadded up newspaper all around the gun in the box.
