Rabbit with green chilies
Mine is rabbit or dove with green chilies, because it easy and good.
I cut all the meat off the rabbit or dove breast. (Sometimes I use both)
Then I cut up the green chilies into small pieces. Use almost an equal amount to the meat.
Season the meat with a little salt brown the meat
After meat is brown ad the chilies, ad garlic powder onion powder (ALL TO TASTE),cilantro and pour in a half bottle of Shiner Bock Beer
let it boil until the chilies fall apart and the chili sauce gets thick. Then its ready.
Heat up some Tortillas then your good to go.

Thanks Jeff. I am sorry I did not see it.

"Game" chili verde is a very nice touch.

That looks so good. Can you still taste the flavor of game?

I like the way you think; and welcome to the GTA Forum.

Yes. Can still taste the game. The hatch chilies do not over power it

Looks tasty Will.

I like it. Simple and sounds tasty. A little different from the usual "smother" in bacon recipes. I love bacon, but getting older means I gotta stop eating it all the time. ;D
