In the travel/sample aisle at wally world they have these little pocket sized organizers for about $1.50. The big compartment holds all of my Allen wrenches (I've swapped out all of the screws for Allen heads on my air guns) and some springs (take-offs, spares, etc... The five small compartments hold spare screws o-rings, etc... Each compartment snaps shut (sort of), and the whole thing folds closed and securely latches shut. This is all I have to grab to work on an air gun. They have them in many colors too, so you could color code the task that each one is for if you like.
