Hi,
I want to thank all of you who have helped me with the sealing on this gun.
There were some very good tips, excellent videos and photos which helped a lot in getting this gun apart and back together again.
My problem is...even with all of your help, I still cannot get it to hold air pressure.
I replaced all 6 seals, 5 in the check and exhaust valve assembly, and one on the end of the breech bolt.
My kit encludes another small o ring but no place to put it.
My initial problems were not only sealing, but the gun would not fire even after it was pumped up. by reducing the length of the breech bolt/screw, which was contacting the valve pin, the gun now fires but not with air pressure.
Can you help me a little further and tell me what I am missing? Obviously, I am still doing something stupid.

The small o ring goes onto the end of the bolt.
I had the same problem when I resealed my Sears model 126/ Crosman 1400. You need to tear it back down, take the valve apart and clean it really good. The bottom part or where the air is pushed into the valve has to be spotless and polished. You most likely have some trash or residue in there. I used lacquer thinner and really fine steel wool to clean up mine. Remove all the parts and check the plastic check valve for scratches. A loop is nice to have so you can see trouble spots up close. Be sure to wash it out really well with pure alcohol.
