So far I like it. It does have one glaring deficiency though. The hose is too short. If you put your gun on a chair you are putting a strain on the hose, and I was not crazy about laying my gun on the ground. I figured it would be no big deal to contact the various aftermarket outfits and buy a longer hose.
When I kind of got the run around from one about the fittings I decided I better ask Mike. He said he thought it was 1/8 NPT, but he would check and make sure. I didn't hear back from Mike, so I assumed he had forgotten about it. It didn't look like 1/8" NPT to me. It didn't look like 1/8 British to me either. In fact it doesn't look like any tapered pipe thread. It looks like a straight thread.
Rather than waste any more time emailing back and forth and risk getting a bad fit up and a potentially dangerous hose I decided to go see the hose experts at CSC. They agreed with me. Its not NPT, its not BPT, and its not metric. Its some sort of straight thread. They decided it would be safer to make up an extension hose because atleast the quick connector was a standard and they had them on the shelf. They made up a nice 2 foot 3000 PSI rated hose, with 1/8 NPT ends and a male and a female quick connect threaded on for $41 out the door including a roll of heavy teflon tape.
The hose from CSC says 3000 PSI, but its a lot heavier hose.
Now I can fill my gun without straining the hose or putting my gun on the floor.

I built a wooden platform that raises the pump up about 3.5" and has a couple of boards with U shaped notches for the rifle to set. Its made pumping a lot easier.
