After struggling for a long time shooting offhand, I decided to make a hamster (palm rest) for the R11.
Had some aluminum stock in the shop, and after looking at about a million pics online I came up with a design that would (1) do what I needed it to do, and (2) be possible to make without having to source a bunch of materials.
Here's what I came up with:

The design gives me the option of fitting different "blocks" to the aluminum shelf, and the next project will be to turn a wooden knee cup to use for sitting shots. I'd also like to explore the option of using an articulating camera mount for more adjustability. If you google search images for "rifle palm rest" you'll see some really creative examples.
Still trying to find a stainless 6mm x 1.0 pitch 60mm long with a countersunk allen head (currently have a phillips in there), and also would like to either clean up the two "pillars" a bit (not sure why the front one looks canted in the pic as they're both plumb), or replace them with aluminum ones, but all in all I really like the way it feels. I just finished it tonight and it was too dark for shooting targets, but hopefully I didn't mess up the accuracy.
Fun project.

Looks good. The R11 is one rifle without popularity, but that is their loss. I found the R11 to be every bit as accurate (maybe more) as the HW97K & TX200MK3, but lighter. :)

Couldn't agree more. Absolutely stunned at the accuracy with JSB 10.34's...my TX can't keep up (hoping the new JM kit for the TX will even the score a bit).

I have the JM Kit in my TX200. You will love it, smooth as butter with a great shot cycle.
