I purchased one of these used from one of the members, HYspd (superb guy and packs things like it's leaving for the moon), and ordered a rebuild kit for it. Spent about an hour or so rebuilding it, cleaned it thoroughly, and tightened up the fittings. I pumped up the Daystate first - 20 minutes from 120 to 240 bar. Then I topped off one of my brother's scuba tanks. About an hour as I had filled from it several times. Then filled my FX, another 20 minutes as it was close to empty, then hooked it up to an empty (about 1500 psi on it) scuba tank and 6 hours later it was full.
I did this all in one day. Never shut it off except to change jobs and greased it every couple of hours just to get it lubed up well. It got hot, not so hot I could not touch it briefly, but it just pumped away. I am very impressed. Easy to use, easy to work on, and was easy on my pocketbook.
Be well,
Steve

Congrats. I've trying to save for one myself, can't wait until I can get the money for one. Did you have to buy any special fitting?

Congrats! Mine should be here today...can't wait to try it out!

I bought mine used so it came ready to go. About the only thing you'll likely have to buy is the hose and fittings to connect it to your air compressor. You'll love it - -

Air independence is a wonderful thing ;D
