Title: how much longer can I expect it to take?
Post by: Tyrantblade on August 10, 2014, 07:47:33 PM
So, I sent the at44 qe .22 in for repair or replacement on Monday,  it should of been there Thursday,  I haven't heard from them about the status,  and I'm getting so impatient,  after how many hours I got in at work this week,  I'd love to be shooting now,  now if only I didn't break it by trying to quickly adjust the trigger weight down (I don't know why they come from the factory feeling like a crosman trigger).

Where did you send it? I sent my Sumatra to Pyramyd Air, got a stock email that they received it and it would take 6-8 weeks.  I called and was connected to the tech who was working on it and he said he would have fixed and on the way back in a couple of days.  So mine arrived Thursday and was mailed back out to me on Friday, tracking shows it will be delived Tuesday next week.

to Hatsan USA in AR,  used the address from the shipping label I got on the website directly from a response from service on their official website, mostly just impatient,  if the trigger wasn't as bad as a crosman OTB it would be so much better.

The air tube on my BT65 is leaking so I'm going to have to send it, hopefully not the rifle for repair/replacement.  At least I have other PCPs to shoot while it's gone.

Hatsan USA can probably give you a more accurate estimate than anybody else.  Call them tomorrow.  If you have the return authorization number they can probably give you status.

My Galation was there for about 2 1/2 business weeks or 13 working days.. When I bought a used refurbished gun thru Rick Eustler, he called them and checked for me. They claimed that they had sent me an email asking me a question and told me to look in my "SPAM". I searched my spam but found no letter.

Then like magic a letter appearred in my inbox (gmail).I gave them the OK on Tuesday and Friday both my Galation and my new Refurb arrived on the same order, just 3 days later.

Call them  today.

Be Well,
Gator

I  sent an email on Friday yesterday to Hatsan with a question, I got a reply last night.

They can't conract you if you don't ask them,

Nothing but great service edpecially if Rick knows about it.

Hatsan has always given me great CS. That is why you see so many Hatsans in my collection.

I got a response today and sent the air tube for them to verify it's leaking.  Hopefully, they will get it back to me soon.  On another note, my Sumatra will get back tomorrow so I will be playing with it for awhile.

I will wait before adjusting the trigger the next time,  but hopefully it will come better OTB this time around,  it sounded like they were gonna fiddle with adjustments before I get it back.

When my refurb BT arrived, the trigger was light enough that i actually had a misfire it was so light, which is great

My Gal. Got new trigger new style , I am leaving it alone for awhile then will lighten it up.

Be Well,
Gator

so this "new style" trigger takes a while to get good?  The trigger in my at44 qe did seem different than the trigger on a 125 sniper I had before

I hate knowing that it could take another two weeks to get repaired and sent back,  but I guess if I'm lucky I will have more time to shoot then (work schedule is kinda long and hectic lately)
