Title: air tank help please?
Post by: Scottycoyote67 on August 07, 2014, 12:15:37 PM
i ran across a guy selling a Interspiro air pak....its a 45 min tank, 4500 psi carbon fiber.  It was made in 2004 so i should be able to get it filled at a local shop until the 15 years runs out.  Is this type of tank ok for airgun refills?  How big is a 45 minute tank (80 cf 90 cf?).  I know nothing about tanks so i just wanted some input.

I've never heard about that particular brand of cylinder. It should be fine, but make sure it's passed a recent hydro. You may need to buy a new valve & hose adapter & fittings, it's valve may not be compatible with what's available for AG usage.

I'm thinking it's a 88 cf. Both of my 4500 SCBA's are.
