Never heard of the company or airgun but thought this looked interesting. Haven't been able to find a whole lot of information but maybe others here are familiar with the gun

Thought it odd there's no mention of cost or chrony numbers.

This actually an old type of technology. There were airsoft rifles that functioned like this, the Asahi M40. They were produced during the start of the airsoft hobby in Japan, and it was found that you could convert the barrel and have it fire live .22lr ammo. Well with this being a big no no in Japan, the government rounded up as many as they could, around 98% of them, and they were destroyed. There are a few out there in the world, and can be had for anywhere around $3K to $5K for a single working unit. The shells are just as rare, as are the special ammo that it shot.
So after watching this, it really seems like they are touting a new "idea" ...though in reality it is quite old. I also think that there were other pellet guns back in the day that would use an air cartridge of some sort as well.
So really it is a new interpratation of a proven item.

Correct it is in no way a "new" design here are two old pistols that use the same design

however they stopped production on them as they were ruled firearms and as such had to be licensed
I'm wondering if this new gun will have to be or not re manes to be seen...the beauty of it is pistols
can be full powered just about.
