I have a B50 in .22 that is super accurate, and functions perfectly at 1500psi
With this fill pressure I get 40 shots down to 1100psi. with an average velocity of 815fps.
I know it is capable of 900fps and 3000psi.
But it gets valve lock when you get close to 2000psi.
At a 1500psi fill, it is quick and easy to refill with 40 pumps from the hand pump,
or a quick bump from the tank, and a lot of fills at 1500psi from the tank too.
Is the time and money necessary to get it fixed
worth the extra 5 or 6 foot pounds of energy gained, and the pumping effort to get it back to 3000?
I know the saying just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you SHOULD do it.
But I sometimes find myself wondering if I am missing out on something,
kind of like having a sports car, and only driving it back & forth to work everyday, and never putting your foot to the floor on a twisty road, to feel the TRUE handling and power you have available…
Anyone’s thoughts on the matter?

If it is accurate and a joy to shoot???? I wouldn't mess with it Ian.
But then again........it might be really cool to put the pedal to the metal!!!
Sorry bro....no help!!
