Title: tko not fitting tightly on disco?

Well I bought a used discovery and tko from another member on here.I noticed when I slipped the tko on it didn't fit that tightly.It took minimal pressure to put it on.Is this a problem?

Not really ...
Smear a small amount of RTV silicone on end of barrel where the slip fit is.  Slowly slip on and rotate until bottomed out.
Set aside for 24 hours or more and let it cure.

Speedier is using Contact cement assembling while wet, or even a thin film of epoxy.
