Here's what I'm starting with order going out tonight:
1) BNM Custom 2240 (CP1002)
2) 3 10-shot .22 Magazines
3) Leapers UTG 4x32, 1" Tube, 1/4 MOA, Mil-Dot
4) UTG 1" Max Strength Quick Lock Rings, High, Picatinny
The BNM Custom 2240 (CP1002) is a 2240 with the BNM multi-shot breech, I selected a 14 inch shroud which will be an 8 inch barrel with 6 inches of baffling. All black of course. My second project will be a bit flashier (chrome breech and shroud and barrel band). The reason I'm starting with so much already done to my custom project is because it is about $100 more for me to order all of the parts I need to build this than it is to have Sergio over at BNM build it for me. I also realize that the scope isn't the greatest scope in the world. I would rather put more money into the parts to the gun and pick up a much better scope later on.
Future Upgrades:
1) Disco Hammer Spring
2) HiPAC kit + 1 Extension
3) Custom Wood Stock w/ sling stud for a...
4) Bipod
Anybody suggest any other upgrades? I'm thinking maybe an air valve upgrade. Does anybody know any good valves? Also does anybody have tips on inletting the stock? Any recommended stains for a piece of walnut that will be the stock? This is my first major project so tips and recommendations greatly appreciated!
If you want a link to the "starting" pistol just message me or email me and I'll let you know.

You been spying on my thoughts???
Just bought a 2240 and got it Saturday. Love it but was not expecting it to be as loud as it is.
I too am looking at the BNM breach and shroud combo. Wanting to pretty much what you are doing, the whole carbine thing.
I look forward to seeing your progress and finished product.
Unfortunately I cannot offer much advise beyond what you have obviously researched other than perhaps directing you to airgunartisans.com and perhaps finding a custom stock already made or links to stock makers that might answer your questions.

Yea no problem. I really wanted to do the breech and shroud work myself but as I didn't have a 2240 buying all of the parts separately and putting it together myself would oddly be more expensive. So I'm getting it shipped with the shroud and breech attached already. Now the addiction has started got a 2260 build in mind that I will do after this carbine is done. If you have any bullpup makers known to me for 22xx guns let me know! I'm planning on a bullpup with a 23" barrel (20" barrel with 3" of baffles) and a nice, long, HiPAC set up. Trying to keep that stock fairly inexpensive though.
