Hoping to get a scope and mount soon but right now, my elderly eyes have to do. I have put maybe 25 pellets through this new-to-me Silver Streak. I shot some cleaning pellets through it that I soaked with MC25 biodegradable Weapon Cleaner. Ran some dry pellets followed with 2 Pellgun oil pellets and then 3 dry ones. With the sun shining through the bore, it looks like a cylindrical mirror even at about 20(?) years of age. The rifle is near perfect as far as I can tell.
That said, how do I adjust the windage on this iron sight?

The elevation screw is obvious but I d/k how to adjust it sideways. It's off about 1/2" to the right at close range.
I know it's an ignorant question but I'm slow😊
EDIT: I tried loosening one of the side-facing screws and tightening the other but nothing seemed to move. Both screws just bottomed out?

The two opposing large head screws on the sides of the sight adjust windage. The blade moves towards the side that is tightened, be sure to loosen the opposite side screw first.
