Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket bolt handle to replace the stock brass bolt handle on the BAM50? Thanks
-
I don't know if you'll find replacement levers, but Big Ed Machining (a dot com) stocks a good number of custom BAM parts.

I've tried to email him several times in the past 6 months without a reply. I've heard that he is out of the business due to medical reasons. ?????

Being the brass OEM handle set screws on two 90* apart screws onto a straight shaft .... playing with a shape that differs is a home tinkerers Easy peezy.

Just getting into the airgun world...not very mechanically inclined, but willing to learn. Thanks for the response.

I know the B50 bolt handle isn't very sexy and I remember long ago thinking how dumb they looked but now that I've gotten used to mine I think it works quite well. I would be worried about bending the bolt with a more conventional style handle.

Is the b50 loud?
-
Dang loud for a .177
-
Not as loud as the XS60C PCP, but it's definitely not back yard friendly. I put a TKO muzzle brake on both. I like both guns, especially for the price. The B50 .177 I have hits harder than Mike Tyson! Lots of shots, lots of power, good range, and tight shot groups with the right pellet. You'd love it!

Dang loud for .22cal as well. I had a neighbor tell me he thought I was shooting a .22cal long rifle. I said, "nope, it's a pellet rifle".
