So earlier this week I went over to my dads house and lo and behold he had a surprise for me, my circa 1984 760. Ahhh the memories. Well I brought it home and oiled it up but while the pump works the valve isn't holding pressure. So a rebuild is in the future and that will allow me to compare and contrast my two versions of the 760. Never realized how long the old 760 barrels were. I took a couple pics out at the range with my main guns, a Crosman 2240, 2012 760, 1984 760 and my powder burner, Mossberg Plinkster .22lr. I have a Daisy 105 bb gun, CYMA M1A1 SOCOM AEG and a (JG)Sig 552 AEG that are not pictured as well. Going to grab a Benjamin 392/97 at some point before they disappear but I will have to save up first.

Well for some reason I can't have more than one pic on a posting so here is the picture including the 1984 and 2012 Pumpmaster 760's.

Nice collection there.
Try using a a photo hosting place like tinypic.com (http://tinypic.com)
You can add as many as you want in a post and not take up any room on the GTA servers as the actual photos are stored elsewhere.
When you upload photos here you are limited on size..
I too am into regular airguns, real guns and have no problems with airsoft either, as I own several of them also..

Thanks! I will give the tinypics a try. Yeah I love all my guns and sure wish they would come up with a bb or pellet gun that was as realistic as the airsoft guns (not pistols). Until then I will cycle through them to get what I like out of each type :P.

Nice collection. Good looking older 760.

Thank you!! Not too bad considering it had sat in my dads garage since 1989. I remember shooting at some blackbirds (starlings I believe) with it and when I ran out of pellets I set it down against his workbench. That's the same spot it sat for for nearly 25 years! Some light surface rust and dried out seals but from what I can tell nothing too severely wrong with it. Can't wait to do the rebuild and maybe a couple durability mods (i.e paint or coating) too.
