Ok you can tell by my signature that I like Crosman so came across the new NP 2 looks awsome. I can pre order one. Wanted to know what you all thought. I like .22 was looking for a .22 anyway and came across these. I have a .177 NP vantage fixed the trigger bought better scope very happy with it but I always want more. ;D

Mike, like you I can only go from the hype. I've never seen the gun. It is not yet on the market. It may be innovative. It may be wonderful. It could be the absolute best thing you can get short of a PCP. Or it could be a total waste of money.
I won't consider doing a thing until at least six months after it's been physically on the market. I may not ever see one before the purchase but I would like to see some reviews by real buyers before laying down that kind of money.
What do I think? Go for it!! Please be sure to write a review letting me know if you love it or hate it. I'm patient. I'll wait.

There is a utube video obviously produced by crosman. You can see it on the crosman airgun forum, or the yellow. Turkeyhunter guy and a crosman rep. They call it a "first field report" or some such. It's just a crosman ad. The 15 yd group is not all that. The gun itself looks cheaply made to me. Good luck with it.....

Thanks Roadworthy I think i'm like you I don't like to jump into things just really like the idea of it. I shoot a lot of co2 but it wont work to good in the winter. I will think about it some times I cant sleep at night thats when the orders start. I just wanted to here from you experienced air gunners on new stuff out.

I would definitely wait till some production models end up in the hands of some people who will post honest reviews. That said I hope the gun performs (close ) to their claims. If the overall reviews are positive, I might consider one.
