Seeing as it's about to get warm, and my grandpa has been calling me needing help with his pigeon problems, I've been using my Crosman Titan .22 quite a bit recently. I still prefer my '77 Sheridan Blue Streak, but unfortunately it's louder, takes longer to load, doesn't have optics and isn't as powerful as the Titan, so it gets set aside for this one.
One problem is that my Sheridan has spoiled my trigger finger. I am not adjusting well to the trigger of the Titan... it feels like mush. I remember Charlie selling a GRT-III trigger, but I haven't heard much about it. Is the trigger pull smooth and does it break easily? Also, how much technical prowess is required to set this up? I'd LOVE to be able to get a nice trigger on this gun, but not if I'll end up messing up the gun in the process.
Thanks for the help, hopefully I'll have something for the hunting gate soon :p.

his site has photos to show how to swap them. i have done 2 so far and love the difference. lighter pull and crisper break than my TR77 nitro and CFX had before the swap.
generally it is 3 screws to get the action out of the stock and a couple of e-clips to remove the old trigger and install the new one

Don't worry about all that stuff. Your problems will be solved as soon as you install one. Don't even hesitate. Order one now.

Geoffrey and Richard are telling truth about how easy it is to install and enjoy. The instructions are clear, and you will have it shooting in 30 minutes from the time you first touch a screwdriver to the rifle.
Great "bang for the buck" upgrade. ;)

The install is very easy. I have 4 Crosman's with Charlie's triggers in all. I usually order the trigger right after I order a gun. Usually the trigger gets before the gun does. It makes a smooth trigger pull.

I have one in my Optimus. It went from a long, heavy, unpredictable pull, to being much lighter, shorter, and predictable. Very easy to install. Prior to that, I've never taken a screwdriver to my airgun, had her swapped in a few minutes. Well worth the money.
