Anyone?

I have my XL trigger group out as we speak, once I'm putting it back together I'll do my walkthrough to help you if no one else has by the time I get done.

Ok what exactly are you having troublemaking that spring do? there are two funny shaped springs, one is bigger than the other, the bigger one goes on the trigger itself and the smaller goes for the safety. all you need to do is get it turned right so that it keeps tension on the safety bar.

Found what I was looking for to help you. Look at the CDT website and if you have the GRT3 trigger group, this should help.
Start reading at the bottom of page 4 - "OH NO…. YOU DIDN’T"

Are you just having touble getting everything to line up? are you trying to figure out if you have it turned right or wrong?

I have no technical info to add, but DANG how cool is it everyone who knows anything about your problem responds! I love this site! I swear, I know if these responders could afford it they'd hop a plane and come to your home and help ya with it. GTA ROCKS !!

lol I love helping people, and even more than helping people I love to tinker and build and find ways to improve quality :)
I'm an electrician by trade and I work for a very reputable company that spans from wisconsin all the way down to florida, we didn't get as big as we are by doing crummy work and we are always coming in behind other companies to up the QC on their installs.

Its the safety spring i cant get right, the spring that was in there was different than the last npxl i had, this is a refurbished gun from airgun depot so i dont know if thats why its different. I pulled the safety bar spring from a phantom trigger group and it looks exactly the same as the spring that should have been in it according to what i have seen(hooks on one side of the safety bar and runs to the sear pin providing tension), i had it in but the gun cocked very hard and trigger pull must have been ten pounds so back apart it went. The spring that came out of the safety bar looks exactly like the spring that provides tension on the sear, i have no idea how that spring worked on the safety bar.
Funny how the last npxl i had i took it apart to do a trigger mod to it nd had it apart, modded, nd back together shooting in bout 20 minutes.....needless to say....im peed off...lol

take some pictures, because since it's different it's hard to know what exactly you're looking at. I may be able to help you better if I can see what you see.
