Josh-
You email him directly. I just received this kit (in black) from him on Friday. He ships from Spain.
-
What was (If I may ask) the price and the turnaround time from order to receipt?
-
That is simply amazing!! 8)
-
It looks like a P90
-
Steve, can you give us an idea of how it handles and shoots.I am really thinking about pulling the trigger on this pup.

I will do that. I have to tear apart the whole gun and reseal it, as it has a leak. I procured a couple extra goodies to add on, as this was in the works for a while, but as a double(triple actually), not a bullpup. The stock almost feels too small, but thats without the action. It feels micro compared to my .25 cricket.
-
If you could try a few off shots and let us know would be great. I would love to use it in the field as a lite hunter if it shoulders well, curious about eye relief also. Any info in the future would be great ;)
-
That gun looks nice!
-
I just may need to pick up another P-rod and order one of these kits!
-
Here's my P-rod I bought from a yellow member last year he'd built using 2 9volt batteries and a selnoid for the trigger to fire, the rig shoots very accurate and is really compact.

A centimeter is not going very far.
Your gun was very nice.

I inquired, I think it was like 350.00 shipped to the US. From a member that has one said he liked it. The guy that makes them also does mrod pups too. Seems like and stand up guy,he was originally in the marauder forum. Just saying he has history so that is a plus.
-
I have been talking to him as well, though for the AA S410.
Seems to be a very well thought out bit of kit, and a great looker as well! Just need to stash some money from the wife and try and sneak something in the house.....
-
I wouldn't hesitate to order from him again.
I ordered my stock from him mid production, and he voluntarily communicated about the stages of the process, and about any holdups created by others that make parts for this kit. Fit and finish is nice, and I'm happy with the outcome.
The only reason I haven't posted more about it, is that I modified my gun's configuration and did a complete reseal while apart. I need to fix some aesthetic issues to make it look proper for it's unveiling, and my first attempt at a reseal has failed. :(
-
Steve, your bullpup looks sweet ;DEverything I have read or heard says he is great to deal with. It is great we have guys like that in our hobby!!When my pockets have a little more$$ in them it will be on my short list, wait Norm has great stock for the mrods. I wonder if he could due a stock for the at44? I could send him the action and no rush soooo. lol I'm in need of some help :o jk
-
Email has been sent to rapid.....about 80% sure I am going to buy a kit. Then that will leave me with a nice walnut thumbhole stock.
-
Great job on those stocks, i like the 'pup look. ;)
-
Well my money has been sent!
Funds have been transfered to Rapid-70 for a bullpup stock kit for my AA S410. When she gets in I will start a new thread, as to not thread jack this one, and show everyone the package as I get it.

Hi Topwaterjim:
The price of the complete kit:
360 USD (shipping cost included. Package delivered to your home).
The kit is complete:
• Stock + recoil pad
• shifted trigger system
• system action original trigger.
• aeronautical aluminum parts anodized
• weaver rail
All parts are produced by numerical control - CNC. Quality 7075.
The trigger is smooth as the original. Can regulate the first time on the trigger offset.
And you can adjust the second time in the original trigger, giving the hardness that you want to trigger displaced.
And also the MROD and srod bullpup. Different price.

We are [anxiously] waiting for the unvelling... How is it developing?
-
Still a work in progress.
I had to order some better orings, gauge adapter and a shroud fixer. 2800psi leaks out in 5 minutes.

Here is the AA S410 style of stock.
After a little bit of work on the trigger, I was able to get it set up correctly. And like Javier says, the trigger is like the original.
I wouldn't hesitate to order another stock from him, if I had another rifle to put in it. They are very well made and I really do like mine. Just needs a bit more color for my liking :D

Thanks for the pic. Nice side by side with the Cricket! Mine should be here in a few days. Your air tube seems longer than stock? How many cc? Is that a JG ldc?
Could you please tell me the total height, from top of the scope?
-
That's simply awesome work Rapid!!! I wish aftermarket bullpups weren't prohibited here in Canada :-\ >:(

Cilami-
Yes, the airtube is 14cm longer than factory, ~120cc, and that is a JG LDC. From the top of the BugBuster turret to the bottom of the pistol grip is 10" (25.4cm) with the high rings.

Thanks RatRacer. I found this link http://www.airgunadvice.net/viewtopic.php?t=15315&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 (http://www.airgunadvice.net/viewtopic.php?t=15315&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0) where it is mentioned that the 6" air tube extension has a volume of 20 cc. If the stock prod airtube is 65 cc, how is that your 14 cm extension can be 120 cc? That would mean that your air tube extension is aprox. 55 cc. What am I missing? Could you please shed me some light?
I am interested in an airtube just the size you have, to have more air and to match the length of my prod that has a TKO ldc. Where/how can it be ordered? Can it be done by directly threading both ends of the appropriate piece of aluminum/titanium tube? The one showed in the above link is more complicated than that. Why? If available online, what would be the approximate price?
-
Doh! Apologies, I "assumed", as I thought it was more than that.
I never really dug into the actual volume, just cared more about the length to match the JG shroud. You see where that got me, as I forgot to allow for fill nipple length after the fact.
I ordered it from JG, and it's made from chromoly. That tube is a one piece unit, but I have a 6" inch extension sitting here also, and that requires a male to male adapter to screw them together(was included). 220swift is a skilled machinist, and what and why he does is above my comprehension, compared to how others do it.
Contact this gent, and get a quote to have it made, as he handles JG sales now: http://www.wickedairrifles.com/store.html (http://www.wickedairrifles.com/store.html)

I know I'm bringing back an old thread.
I take it the stocks are wood?
-
Yes. The stock is wood.

And the M.rod / S.rod with new rail weaver.
Now the kit has new things. Improvements.
The weaver rail comes from the breech.
Trigger system moved; is new. Better than the previous trigger.
The old trigger was good. But this is much better. Improved.
The varnish is new. It's matte (dull). And it is a lot more scratch resistant.

What is the LOP?
If it is shorter than 13.5", you may not like it, you may want it to be longer ;)
-
Ok.. Checking the bank account, lol.. How long is the turn around.. How long after paying does, lets say the mrod pistol stock take to arrive?

My PRod kit took 31 days from payment to my door in Puerto Rico, via USPS. The package was clearing customs for about 9-10 days.

Javier,
That S510 carbine stock is tempting! Maybe I'll put it in my list...
Saludos!

When I purchased mine shipping to about a week or so.
Guys these stocks are great. I had one on my aa s410, and it was a great addition to the rifle. The trigger Ross are stupid simple in the design, but work great. With the adjustments you are able to get a really nice trigger weight. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the stock trigger and the pup trigger.
Javier is a stand up guy and will help you out where he can. Don't think twice about buying one of these stocks!
-

From the time of payment, 10/15 days to send.
More or less, depending on how many orders I have.

Thanks man!
Say if you want to use those pictures go for it....I think I have a few more with the rifle painted up as well.

Awesome thread. Thanks for posting.
I'm happy with my PROD.
But, I would do this for a MROD.
I'm surprised the big companies don't offer bullpups from the factory.

Well the theme of resurrection on Christmas Eve is evident with evo's necro bump

Wow , I barely remembered when these first appeared. Maybe because they're illegal here. Stupid .........

Send him a pm. He might be able todirect you on what you need to get started
I was responding to the quoted post above that was posted yesterday in a new thread.
Unfortunately, I posted in the old thread featured in the link, rather than the new thread.
Big deal.
These bullpups are a good solution that I haven't seen before.
With all that said, Merry Christmas.

Where can I get one of these. I already emailed him directly about a week ago and he hasn't responded.
