hi does anyone know how many bar the qb78 tube can withstand? have testet it at 110 bar

On a hot day Co2 can reach 1800-1900 psi (130 bar) so I would think you would be safe up to that point, but anything  over that I myself would use a 4130 CrMoly tube - good for 3000+psi provided your valve is securely mounted

I've been running my AR2078 for over two yrs now at 1500 psi (regulated) with no problems at all  ;)

Hopefully someone with more smarts than me will chime in soon to set both of us straight! :o

Make sure you have a 1.8K burst disc fitted in the regulator.... or make SURE you don't fill about about 1600 psi.... and you should be OK, providing you have checked that the valve is tight up against the steel backing block so that all 3 screws are sharing the load.... and NEVER remove any of those screws (ie don't take off the breech) with pressure in the gun....
