Title: Is the Umarex Surge the same action as the Ruger Air Hawk?

I'm tempted to buy an Air Hawk since they're in sale at Walmart right now, but like the Surge stock better.  I've read the Ruger is just an RWS 34/B25 copy, which is a big pro in my book.  Is the Surge the same way?  Thanks!

I think the Surge is the same thing as the Black Hawk Elite that Walmart sells.
