Title: Scope Reticle?

Anyone familiar with a SR12 reticle?
I have a 30/30 and a mil dot reticls in two of my scopes I like the mil dot. But the scope I'm looking at a Hawke Sidewinder 30 IR S F and it looks like it would be a little difficult to use.
