Without much user review, I just added an order for a new one from the Turkish factory. I needed a beater gun for the Lakehouse. Tired of hauling my good rifles back and forth to do sparrows and starlings. I propose to disassemble, lube tune, and polish...any advice?

No real advice but congrats on the new rifle. I had one of the turkish stingrays for awhile and while it was certainly well made it was a non descript kinda rifle, a decent mid range velocity performer, the barrel is to long i think, i shoulda chopped it and i would have like the rifle better. Had an issue of no good scope stop and constantly changing poi, they may have added one since but the only mount i could get to stay was the BKL 6 screw one piece. Pricey but it held. A good tune may take some of that twisting recoil out and i think for your purposes its a great rifle. Look forward to hearing what you think of it. j

I bought a beater and that it is. Fiber optic sights ok, combo scope is poor. Hits hard with a lot go forward recoil. Several dings in wood and metal at shipping. Rather bought another hw30s, but like the too much for a beater, will shoot some moe before lube tune...stuck full of grease...but shows promise... 1 inch twenty yards iron sights.
