picking up one of these rifles, my question is and im sure its been asked, can i use my scuba tank and paintball fill station to charge this?

I don't see why not. just make certain you have a way to know when you get to ~1500psi

^X2, but don't "slip" and overfill it, as the valve tends to lock up over 1500 psi and velocity drops rapidly, making it difficult to get back down to 1500 if overfilled.... and there are some structural concerns (notably the valve screws, but eventually other things) if the pressure goes much above 1500....

I have a 100cf 3300 psi aluminum scuba tank with a 4500 psi guage. I have to be very careful not to over fill but, it's relatively easy. Just go slow and don't look away. I did overfill once to about 1700 psi, I had to dry fire about 40 times to get it down to usable pressure. You learn quickly. If it happens, you could turn the power adjuster all the way in and get down there faster but, it's much easier not to overfill in the first place. I would like to have a 2000 psi guage but, I haven't found one yet.

X3 on the above caution to watch your pressure - the reservoir is small on these and the range of useable pressure is small too, making it a touchy fill. Be glad You're not trying to do it with a 6000psi Nitrogen tank that can only be regulated down to 4k, GREAT for the guns that need 3k and can go farther and that have full-sized reservoirs, not so much on these little guys :)

this is the valve on my tank, i cant remember it the guage on the valve is whats in the tank or whats in the gun, when filling paint ball tanks i usually watch the regulator gauge and not the tank valve

The FD-PCP does not have a guage on the gun so this is the guage you will watch. And you'll want to be carful not exceed the 1500 psi. My gun is very sensitive to lock if I excced 1500 on this guage. If this happens I have to dry fire the gun down until I'm back to the 1500 psi. As you could imagine. A 2000 or a 2500 psi guage would be nicer. I have gotten used to it and very rarely overfill.

thanks for the help guys
