Was just wondering does anyone on here actually have a trail that is close to the 30fpe advertised?
-
Not mine. My xl1100 is shooting about 23fpe. The accuarcy makes up for it.
-
mine is about 23 also
-
yup mine is 22 but very accurate if i do my part.....maybe it will improve after I do the tune on her....

I'm sure that if someone comes up with a way to get one of these up to 30FPE then he'll go down in the annals of AG's Greatest Achievements. Right next to the guy who gets one of these to hit 1000fps with real lead. Mine is shooting tuned at 860fps(.22) with CPHP's, and I'm quite satisfied.

I was just wondering guys, I wish I had a chrony to see what mine is at, but it seems to hit very very hard. The only other way I could compare power to others is by shooting a 700+ page phone book.

Mine cranks out between 26-27fpe with H&N Crow Magnum 18.21gr ammo. This with a debur, Macarri seal and a little cleaning/lube inside. Not sure how they came up with that figure but it would be VERY rare to see a 30+fpe XL without massive modifications.
Happy Shooting!!!!

I have not seen anyone post actual 30fpe. I was thinking that maybe the .25 cal might with the right ammo. I havn't seen many people post about the XL725

I have watched this post for quiet some time about fpe on the xl1100 I bought mine when they first came out and for some reason I have always had higher fps and more fpe than most of the newer ones maybe I got a good one. I know it would shoot cphps at 920s all day and was around 25.5 fpe, but to be honest I never could shoot the thing, I also have a xl1500 and it has high numbers to maybe they slowed the newer ones down?? or maybe my chrony is wrong. I bought it at the same time I did the xl1100 but it is a different beast all together it is very fast and I can half way shoot it, I recentley traded the xl1100 in and got me a npss which gene and I just tuned before I ever shot it, took a few shots the other day and the difference between the xl series ags and the NPSS is night and day. Merry Christmas David

Mine was shooting in the 26fpe range with several different pellets when it was new. Now the ram has lost some power it's down in the 23-24fpe range.

that is pretty close to 30fpe, how is your accuracy?
-
I consider it very accurate with about 3/4" groups at 30 yards.
