Well, I tried the Yrrah roll and compared each by weight. I see no relationship. I have not tried each for accuracy. Anyone know which is a better method? Weight or roll size? I have a caliper, but almost impossible to measure head size. I was getting 4.46, not sure if this is actual.
Here are the numbers I got.

I have not found a correlation between head size and weight in either the Exacts, or the Exact Heavies. A small headed pellet may be heavier than a large headed, and vice-versa.
Did you size the skirts before rolling?
Rolling has been extremely effective at increasing accuracy for me.

Hi Mike, I did consider doing the pellet skirt , but I do not have the tooling or know how. Do you know anyone that can sell me one?

It is absolutely imperative to size the skirt just a bit before rolling to get any truly meaningful information that will improve your accuracy.
I can make you a die for the exacts next time I'm in front of my lathe. I size my skirts to .183, and they work very well for me. I use the same die for the exacts and the exact heavies.
Once the skirts are all the same size......observing the arc of the rolled pellet will tell you how big the head is, and that is the important part.
Pm me your address.
