Just thought I'd pass on a wonderful experience I had with Crosman Customer Service. I recently bought the Jim Shockey Legacy in .22 (It is much more manageable than my Benjamin NP XL). The Legacy didn't come with a sling and a sling was not listed on Crosmans website. I dropped an email asking when a sling would be available because I wanted to purchase one for my Legacy. I got a polite reply from Sally at Crosman saying the slings were only a promotional item with the Benjamin Trail air rifles but she would look into the matter. That was about a week ago. Today, in the mail, I received a Benjamin sling from Crosman. That was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Sally!

Sally is great, isn't she? I had trouble with a four month old rifle shooting erratically. She sent a label to cover shipping and asked me to drop it off at the UPS store. Within two weeks I had received a BRAND NEW rifle!! I never did learn what they found on the old one, but I have no complaint about the new one (other than breaking in a new rifle all over again),
There may be outfits that can match Crosman customer service but I doubt anyone can beat it!!

Kim is also a customer service rep there, she is a member here and can be found in Chat most mornings under Lil_Sis....

Al, I had seen your past reference to Kim as Lil_Sis but was not aware she was a member. I did try to connect with her at Crosman but she was unavailable the day I called. Sally took excellent care of me. It is people like that who make me want to stick with Crosman. There may be better products out there, but their customer service has no equal!!

In an age when talking to an actual person when calling any customer service is almost non-existent, it's good to know Crosman will go the extra mile.
