Title: Scopekiller?
Post by: silent_airman on October 16, 2013, 06:52:11 PM
Do NP rifles destroy scopes? My soon to be sold TX just killed my best scope and I don't want the scope on my Venom Dusk destroyed. Should I be concerned about the UTG on my Dusk?

Hello George,

The muscular version of the NP sure can!  The std version will also need a good springer scope. About any powerful springer will be in this group.

I have a Walther Talon Magnum down in Texas at the moment back with its previous owner getting a ''grease job''. But its a known scope killer... I mounted a Hawke on it and I am hoping its up to the task...

I am sticking with pumpers, CO2, or PCP. I have no money to replace a scope. Looks like more guns are going up for sale.
