I didn't pay attention to this piece being on the linkage arm when I disassembled my Venom but found it laying on the table after I had already put it back together. After I found out where it belonged I also read that it was a weak piece and that they were prone to break. So I thought rather than putting the old one back in I would make a better one from some black Delrin I had laying around. I'm planning on using some Ca to help hold it in place. I made it a bit wider, thicker and a little tighter than the old piece. Hopefully it will last until next tear down ;)

Nice work! I haven't heard about them breaking so much as falling out and getting lost like yours did. I double slotted the lever arm on my Trail and installed one of these OE parts at either end because I was getting score marks on the compression tube with just the stock on in place.
