Title: Got it today 392
Post by: PGunner on September 23, 2013, 10:16:24 PM
I was supprised at how accurate it is so far at 30 ft it will pound tacks. I tried Cros. destroyer, Pointed, Hollow pointed, Rws Super pointed.
It likes them all.
Tomorrow if I get a chance I'll try it at 25yrds. and 35yrds.

As soon as I find a good airgun rehab clinic I will post phone number. Until then smack more tacks. ;D

Good to hear you got a good pumper, and it's shooting good.

I'm not sure about all the pumping gets a little tough on this old man on 7 and 8
I here after a tune up to 13 pumps(UG) not sure about that either. But it would make one awesome hunting gun.

Do a search on 392 chronograph on google (or here possibly).  I found a few listings where guys posted velocity at each pump level, and it increased up at a pretty good rate to 6 pumps, and if I remember right, those last two pumps did not add that much to velocity on a stock gun.

You may find 6 pumps is all you need.

I guess I'll check out that 6 pumps against 8 pumps.
I think I read something about taking it up to 12 pumps and a lot of the extra pressure was just wasted.

Any of you ever do 10 pumps?
