Title: HW77K .22
Post by: Bill in SC on August 26, 2013, 12:48:03 PM
I am leaning towards one of these to be my next air rifle acquisition. I like the open sights, 39 inch carbine length, and not weighted like an anchor. I think I would like the underlever more than a side lever. Hopefully when I get my money right, I can find a used one a couple of hundred bucks less than the mfg's retail price.

 8) Can't go wrong with the HW77 or HW97, IMO.  I believe they are the same power plant.  I have a 97 in .177 but think the 77's look great, also.  Good luck with your search.

Hey Bill, although I've never owned one (YET! ;)), I love HW's, and the 77/97 models are very fine rifles. 8)

One of my favorite go to guns, love the quick open sight for fast target acquisition also very accurate.
