Listen to him give the specs. I don't think I would shoot it. On the last shot, watch the book on the table 3 tables down.

What a monster!!!

Wow is an understatement!!!!! I could take out a polar bear from my front door(in Illinois....lol) with that thing!!!!!

thats a jd jones wood walker. he has played with big bores. however look at this from a long time ago. its inside the J.M. davis museum in Claremore, oklahoma . the writeup is the gun has a breastplate for the back shooter/ holder, a second man puled the trigger , a third man helt the muzzle. when tribes clashed the owner of this gun fired 1 time and the other tribe ran as sticks and swords were no match for this gun. if anybody is in the Tulsa area I strongly recommend going in j.m. davis museum . its ran by donations and is the worlds largest privately owned gun collection

I just heard Jerry Lee Lewis and he said it just right: "My goodness gracious, great ball of fire."

Not that again! Not impressed. Look at the recoil. Just a fat round. I once read a review in Guns and Ammo of a turn of the century 100 caliber single shot elephant gun made for a maharaja. Yep, 1", not 90 caliber. Had a hollow nose holding a power charge topped by a .32 rimfire inserted backwards. They tested it on several phone books of which it turned into confetti.

Probably necessary to deal with the armored vehicles the police have been acquiring of late.
-
an interesting conversation piece. not something I would ever want to shoot though after watching this video.
thanks for sharing

Perfect squirrel rifle.
Shoot the tree trunk, all the squirrels fall out of tree stunned, step on their heads and VOILA, a limit of squirrels just that easy.
-
Ha Ha......or you could put the butt of the rifle against one tree, and aim at another. You just doubled your take. lol

You wouldn't even have to wait for a ground hog to come out of his hole with that rig.
Use it to crater his front door like a JDAM!!! :o
-
wonder how accurate it is
-
I still think the T-Rex Youtube video is my favorite. I am not man enough for either rifle. JMO

I want 2 of them. Just incase one breaks.

There was a fellow who calls himself "Big Bore Bob" who built a 20mm PCP. Here's a short film clip.......
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbiPydusWmk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbiPydusWmk)
It shot a 1005 grain slug at 700fps. LOL......not exactly the class of the monster PB in the vid, but a 20mm PCP is also notable!

Big Bore Bob's 20mm airgun, if I recall correctly, flings a ~1000gr projectile with ~1200 foot-pounds at the muzzle. Its > 20 foot-pounds of recoil energy and > 3 pound-seconds of recoil impulse.
LOL......I don't know what the accuracy was for the 20mm but I'm guessin' that shootin' critters like a buffalo wouldn't require as much precision as head shootin' squirrels! :o
