Title: factory tarred spring in HW97K?

I have a second hand HW97K (2003), with a tarred spring. Just wondering if Weihrauch tars the springs at the factory.

Agree ... never seen Factory Tar in an HW spring gun

Thanks for the confirmation, I was told it was bought brand new, never been opened. I wonder what other surprises await. Could be good.
