Title: Nikko Stirling Silver Crown 6x40 Parallax and weird reticle, maybe its related

It is hard to see in the video but the horizontal and vertical crosshairs are in two different planes, moving your eye you can move the vertical from a tiny bit above the horizontal to a good way below and also left and right.

Anyone know anything about this kind of retical.

To anyone interested I think I've established its a German #2 Reticle but I still don't know why its on two planes
