Title: QB78 screw sizes?

I removed the front and rear sights on my QB78 and now I'm looking for the little plug screws to put in the front and rear sight holes. Anyone know if anybody even makes the plugs and where I might find some?

Good question, I ended up just putting the screws back in after removing the sight on my 79. Guess if worse comes to worst, you could dremel the head off and then cut a slot for a flat-head into the remainder of the screw... Not sure if that'd solve it.
