Title: Marauder barrel change

Has anyone tried to change the barrel/caliber of an mrod? I have done it on my disco and 2400 custom.
I guess sometimes I can't leave well enough alone. Thanks

i for some reason have been tempted to get the neccessary parts to convert my dosco from .177 to .22 but i have been wondering how easy it is to change out and if anything such as accuracy could be affected.

also by chance do you remember how much it cost for the new parts?

It's really straight forward. You can go to Mellon air.com and get everything you need. This includes new caliber barrel 24",new bolt probe for desired caliber and that is it. Although I would recommend the power adjuster and an extra barrel band. The power adjuster allows max shots per fill for plinking and max fps for hunting.

Then remove your breech,barrel and probe then swap new parts and your ready to go.

thank you very much for the info,  i will probably look into getting this after the holidays when things calm down and i begin to get free time again, its an italian thing, it takes mroe time to say goodbye than it does for the actual function, happy holidays!
