Got a used one today and man does it shoot but its light as a feather.Even with a cheap BSA red-dot mounted its light.Anybody try fattening one up to balance better? I am a crappy pistol shot but i was getting some groups under 3/4" offhand at 10 meters with the dot scope.

They are nice, aren't they? Might be able to squeeze some lead in under the grips, but I think there is already a lot going on in there. I got mine used as well, with a dot sight. Took that off and enjoy it much more; the open sights are really quite good, especially compared to the P17. tk

Looks like new P17's have same front site as the P3.

Mine is the older non fibre optic sight mode.last night i shot it at 25 meters.Got a few groups into 3/4" and one a tad under 5/8".The largest was a 10 shot group of 1.5" I really wanted a P1 but this will do i guess!

Found a spot under the barrel pivot up front.its a honeycomb section i will be able to put in some lead shot and seal it over. This pistol is really making me not like my Webley Tempest as much as i used to.

linoww, if its too light just mail it to me and after I wear it out I can mail it back ... hey I like light pistols . but it looks like a keeper to me .what does it weigh?

It weighs a little under 2 pounds. I'm getting used to it. I'm half tempted to buy P 17 to mess around with now
